A seasoned senior management and financial professional, with over 25 years of experience spanning Audit, Financial Consultancy Services, Airline, Chemical, Food Processing, Telecommunications, and Real Estate industries across Brazil, Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Serbia, and Slovenia. He is a highly educated CFO, holding an MBA from Católica Business School, a General Management Program certification from Harvard Business School, and a Certificate in Finance from London Business School. Before joining Details, Vítor was COO/CFO of Reformosa (family office), having also worked at KAGOME Co Ltd, Multi Development (Morgan Stanley REF/Blackstone REF), Motorola, Portugália Airlines and EY.

With 15 years of experience in the hotel sector, he has worked with brands such as Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Real Hotels Group, and Intercontinental Hotels Group, including luxury hotels such as Vila Vita Parc. He joined Details in 2017 as a Hotel Director and has been Operations Director since 2022. He is also a trainee at the Hotel and Tourism School in Portimão.

He previously held senior roles at CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club, Rain Bird International, Jacobsen (Textron), and Nespresso, bringing strong expertise in premium brand development and market growth.

Frederico holds an Executive Master’s in Management from ISCTE/INDEG, a degree in Marketing and Advertising from IADE University, and a Post-Graduation in Leading Tourism and Innovation from NOVA completed in 2025.
