A seasoned senior management and financial professional, with over 25 years of experience spanning Audit, Financial Consultancy Services, Airline, Chemical, Food Processing, Telecommunications, and Real Estate industries across Brazil, Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Serbia, and Slovenia. He is a highly educated CFO, holding an MBA from Católica Business School, a General Management Program certification from Harvard Business School, and a Certificate in Finance from London Business School. Before joining Details, Vitor was COO/CFO of Reformosa (family office), having also worked at KAGOME Co Ltd, Multi Development (Morgan Stainley REF/Blackstone REF), Motorola, Portugália Airlines and EY.

John is an experienced real estate professional with a history of working in the global real estate private equity investment industry, with a focus in European markets across several asset classes. Before joining Details, John was Head of Investments at RE Capital, having also worked at Fosun Group, Westcore Europe (US Family Office), Explorer Investments and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Gonçalo has extensive experience in the hotel sector at an international level: he served as General Manager of the Sheraton Warsaw, Poland, at the Sheraton & Westin Real de Faula, in Costa Blanca, Spain, at Six Sigma, in both Portugal and Spain, and at the Westin Palace, in Madrid, Spain. Before joining Details he served at Shangri-la Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Mario holds a degree in Hotel Management and brings 15 years of extensive experience in Golf, having worked with renowned hotel chains like Ritz Carlton and Wyndham. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Quinta do Vale Golf Resort, part of Discovery Hotel Management.

20 years of legal working experience as a business and corporate lawyer. Before joining Details she acted as Legal Counsel at Whitestar. Hélia has a master’s degree in enterprises and Labour Law and a Compliance Postgraduate Course.

Teresa has a degree in International Relations with a Master's in Management. She worked in management for two Law Firms, and later entered the Hospitality sector, specifically in the finance department of DHM (Discovery Hotel Management). Later on, she joined the HR department, where she has developed her career in Human Resources Management for the past 7 years.

With a focus on luxury, Joana brings extensive marketing experience in sports, hospitality, real estate, and automotive retail. Joana holds a Marketing Master's from the University of Porto's Faculty of Economics. Before joining, she dedicated over 10 years to Quinta do Lago resort, where she held the position of Marketing Manager.

José holds a degree in Hotel Management at Algarve University. With 15 years of experience in the hotel sector, he has worked with brands such as Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Real Hotels Group, and Intercontinental Hotels Group, including luxury hotels such as Vila Vita Parc. He joined Details in 2017 as a Hotel Director and has been Operations Director since 2022. He is also a trainer at the Hotel and Tourism School in Portimão.

With extensive experience in Revenue Management, João specializes in repositioning and launching various types of hospitality assets. His expertise extends to hotel technology, where he has served as a project manager for various implementations, notably in revenue management systems. Prior to joining Details, João gained valuable experience at Discovery Hotel Management and Montebelo Hotels & Resorts.

Rita has a background in business and a master’s in International Sports Management endorsed by the International Olympic Committee. She brings an extensive experience in long-term planning operations and delivery at several Rugby World Cups, one Olympic Games and other major sporting events. She also holds a valuable network within the highest levels of the global sports industry.

Passionate about hospitality, with a management degree from Minho University and a specialization in luxury tourism, Sílvia holds 14 years of marketing and management experience across several business areas. Having started her career in the Algarve at Vila Vita Parc, one of the Leading Hotels of the World, to later successfully launch the first Wyndham Grand on the Iberian Peninsula, in Quinta do Lago. Before joining Details, Sílvia was the Head of Marketing for Nobel Algarve British International School’s cluster.

Carla has 6 years of experience as Commercial Director at Balaia Golf Village and 8 years as General Manager at Colina Verde Resort. She has a degree in Economics, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and Hotel Management, taken at University of the Algarve. She enjoys working towards goals, motivating people, and collaborative work.

Susana has a degree in Environmental Engineering and has been working for over 20 years in the management and implementation of Management Systems in the fields of Environment, Quality, Governance, Social Responsibility, Occupational Health and Safety, and Food Safety. At the same time, she conducts Technical Studies associated with Environmental Impact Assessment processes/Licensing and provides technical opinions on Legal Compliance Assessment and Compliance, with a focus on the Tourism sector.

Rui is an Agronomic Engineer and has been managing the maintenance of Vilamoura's 5 golf courses for 20 years. Between 2007 and 2022, he was responsible for preparing the Dom Pedro Victoria course for the European Tour tournament - Portugal Masters.
